STRAWBERRY JELLO CAKE 
1 box white cake mix
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
1/2 c. cold water
5 oz. (1/2 of 10 oz. pkg.) frozen strawberries
1 c. Wesson oil
4 eggs

Stir cake mix and Jello together. Add water and Wesson oil. Add eggs one at a time. Add strawberries and blend. Cook for 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 3 layers.

STRAWBERRY JELLO CAKE ICING:

1 stick butter
1 box confectioners' sugar

Add frozen strawberries (half of the 10 ounce package). Mix together until thoroughly blended and creamy. Spread on cake layers.
