RHUBARB CRUNCH 
4 c. diced rhubarb
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar

Mix dry ingredients together, then shake rhubarb in them until all are well mixed.

CRUNCHY TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. rolled oats
1 c. butter

Mix last 4 ingredients together until crumbly. Place rhubarb mixture in a large pan and top with the crumbly mixture. Bake about 45 minutes at 375 degrees.
