CHOCOLATE CREAM CHEESE FUDGE 
Beat one package (3 ounce) cream cheese and 1 teaspoon heavy cream until smooth. Gradually beat in 2 cups of confectioners' sugar. Add 2 squares of melted, unsweetened chocolate and blend well. Stir in 1/2 teaspoon vanilla and 1 cup chopped nuts. Press into a 8 inch pie plate and keep in cool place. Tastes best when at room temperature.
