CREAM CHEESE CHOCOLATE FUDGE 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 lb. powdered sugar
4 (1 oz.) env. unsweetened chocolate
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. chopped nuts

Put cream cheese at room temperature in a bowl. Add 1/2 pound powdered sugar at a time and stir, squeeze chocolate into the mixture. Add the rest of the sugar, stir in vanilla and nuts. Butter pan, pour fudge and spread evenly. Chill for 2 hours. Cut and serve.
