PISTACHIO CAKE 
1 white or yellow cake mix
2 boxes instant pistachio pudding
5 eggs
1/2 c. warm water
1/2 c. oil

Blend all ingredients in large bowl. Beat 2 minutes. Pour into greased and floured bundt pan and bake 45-50 minutes in preheated 350 degree oven.

FROSTING:

1 box pistachio instant pudding
1 c. whipping cream
1 tbsp. white creme de menthe (optional)

Beat. Frost cake. Double recipe if preference for extra frosting.
