PIMENTO CHEESE 
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/4 c. milk
1 well beaten egg
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
1 lg. can pimentos, mashed

Melt cheese and milk in double boiler. Blend other ingredients and stir into cheese. Cook for 30 minutes stirring constantly, make sure water is boiling. Let cool and add 1/2 to 1 cup mayonnaise.
