BEEF TIPS AND NOODLES
2 lb. beef tips, cut very small
1/2 large sweet onion, diced fine
1/2 bell pepper, diced fine
1 tbsp. minced garlic
2 beef bouillon cubes, dissolved in 1/2 c. warm water
1 c. flour
3 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. butter
salt and pepper to taste

Note: Can also add a small amount of McCormick Grill Mates Montreal steak seasoning.

Sauté lightly in a large skillet (chicken fryer) on medium heat, onion, bell pepper, garlic, butter and Worcestershire sauce. Add beef tips and flour, seasoning to taste. Cover and let brown on medium heat, stirring occasionally. When browned, add bouillon plus 3 cups of hot water. Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally. Cook 20 to 30 minutes until done. If gravy is too thin, add 1 teaspoon cornstarch. If too thick, add more hot water.

Prepare egg noodles (according to directions); add butter. This keeps noodles from sticking together. Drain and serve with beef tips.
