GEORGIA'S CORNBREAD DRESSING 
1 pkg. giblets
1 pkg. chicken necks and backs
1 box cornbread mix
2 medium onions, chopped
6 green onions, chopped
Fresh parsley, chopped
4 pieces celery and leaves, chopped
4 hard boiled eggs, sliced
2 raw eggs
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
2 tbsp. sage
Salt and pepper to taste
Close to 2 qts. stock from giblets and necks
6 slices stale bread

Pick bones and chop meat from giblets. Bake cornbread mix according to package directions. Mix all ingredients and bake at 300 degrees for 2 hours.
