PAPA'S CORNBREAD DRESSING 
3 pkgs. cornbread mix
1 sm. bell pepper
1 onion
1 celery stalk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. Poultry seasoning
2 slices dry bread

Prepare cornbread and bake until brown chop onions, bell pepper and celery and saute for about 2 minutes. Pour juice from turkey giblets onto cornbread after it has been cooked and crumbled until it is very moist. Blend in celery, onions and peppers. Break in about 3 eggs and blend in. Add sage, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours or until brown on top.
