SOUTHERN CORN PUDDING 
1 pt. scalded milk
3 eggs, beaten well
3 c. canned whole kernel corn
3 tbsp. sifted flour
2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. melted butter

Beat eggs and flour, salt, sugar, and melted butter, mixing well. Next, add the milk and corn, mixing well. Pour into well-buttered casserole and bake at 350 degrees until firm, about 40 minutes.
