1 (6 oz.) box lime Jello
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
2 cans crushed pineapple
4 c. unsweetened pineapple juice

Boil 4 cups of unsweetened pineapple juice. Add boiled juice to Jello. Let set. Then add Cool Whip and cream cheese, walnuts and crushed pineapple. Mix all together with hand mixer until well blended. Then sprinkle top with leftover walnuts. Let set until it hardens. You can double the ingredients to make larger servings. (Drain pineapple before adding to Jello.)
