BAKED PARTY HAM 
12-14 lb. precooked bone-in ham
Whole cloves
1/2-1 c. dark brown sugar
3 cans (5 1/4 oz.) pineapple chunks & juice
1-2 c. orange marmalade
1 c. bourbon

Peel all skin and fat except 1/4 inch of fat. Score in diamond pattern; place cloves in each cross point. Pat brown sugar evenly over all. Place in roasting pan. Bake 30 minutes. Heat pineapple, juice, marmalade in saucepan. Remove from heat. Add bourbon. Remove ham from oven, pour sauce over, return to oven. Baste several times. Cook 20-30 minutes per pound at 350 degrees. Remove ham from pan; transfer pineapple with slotted spoon; skim fat from sauce; simmer juice with additional brown sugar to taste. Add pineapple. Serve as a sauce with ham.
