1 box banana cake mix
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. butter oil
1 c. mashed bananas
3/4 c. milk
4 eggs, separated
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1 pkg. banana pudding
1 tsp. banana flavor

Whip sugar and oil. Add egg yolks, cake mix and flour. Then add bananas, pudding, milk, nuts and mashed bananas. Fold in beaten egg whites. Whip. Pour into greased 9-inch tube pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

FROSTING: Whip 1 small Philadelphia cream cheese, 1/2 pound powdered sugar, 3 tablespoons ice cream and 1 teaspoon butter flavor.
