MIXED VEGETABLE SOUP 
3 c. beef broth
1 sm. chopped potato
2 chopped carrots
1 chopped tomato
1 green onion, sliced
1/2 c. grated cabbage or 1/2 c. sliced zucchini
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tbsp. dried parsley

Combine broth, potato and carrot in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Cover. Simmer 30 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Cook 5 minutes more. 4 servings.
