VEGETABLE SOUP MIX 
1 peck tomatoes
5 onions
12 lg. carrots
2 lg. heads cabbage
2 green peppers
2 bunches celery

Add no water. Cut or slice everything up. Cook on stove 1 hour. Will be thick. Pour into sterilized jars. Put in hot water bath for 1 hour. Makes 14 quarts.

Can use in hot dishes or add 1 pint of canned tomatoes for soup.
