MOANIE DAVIS' MUSHROOM PIE 
2 c. mushrooms
4 oz. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. broth
1/2 c. cream
1/4 c. sherry
1/2 tsp. rosemary, salt & pepper
Pie crust pastry

Fry mushrooms in butter and remove to well greased deep baking dish. Add flour to skillet and blend well. Add broth and stir until thick. Add cream, sherry and rosemary. Blend well and pour over mushrooms. Cover with slashed pie crust. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Serves 8.
