ITALIAN CAULIFLOWER SALAD 
1 1/2 c. fresh cauliflower, cut into flowerets
1 tbsp. chopped green pepper
3/4 tsp. minced onion flakes
Dash of garlic powder
1 1/2 tbsp. low cal Italian dressing
Dash of dried oregano
1/8 c. water
1/4 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan, cook covered over medium heat until cauliflower is tender about 15 minutes. Chill. Serve cold.
