PUMPKIN PIE 
1 1/2 c. pumpkin
2/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 c. cream
9-inch pie crust

Prepare pie crust per directions; set aside in refrigerator. Combine pumpkin, brown sugar and sugar. In separate small bowl mix together dry ingredients. Add dry ingredients to pumpkin mixture. Stir in milk, eggs and cream; mix well.

Pour into pie crust shell. Bake in preheated oven on lower shelf at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Move to middle shelf and reduce heat to 350 degrees. Bake for 1 hour or until done. Yield 1 (9 inch) pie.
