FLANK STEAK WITH CARRIAGE HOUSE
SAUCE
 
1 flank steak (1 1/2-2 lb.)
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 clove garlic, pressed
1/4 tsp. pepper

Score steak on top 1/4 inch deep diagonally 1 inch apart. Mix ingredients. Brush on steak. Marinate if you have time. Grill 12-15 minutes.
