POTATO SOUP 
6-8 slices bacon, diced
1 onion, chopped
1/2 - 1 c. water
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cans milk (whole)
6 potatoes, diced

Fry bacon until almost crisp, add onion, fry until tender. Add raw potatoes and water, simmer 20 minutes. Mash with potato masher. Add soup and milk. Simmer 1/2 hour, stirring occasionally. Serves 4 to 6.
