2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. dry roasted peanuts, finely chopped

Blend together all ingredients except nuts. Fold in peanuts. Serve only with green Granny Smith apples as they are tart and enjoy.
