SAUSAGE AND EGG CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage
7 slices bread
Softened butter
2 c. grated cheese, mild cheddar
6-8 eggs
2 c. milk or half and half
1 tsp. dry mustard
Dash of salt and pepper

Crumble and cook sausage until done; drain. Butter bread and cut in cubes. Line bottom of casserole dish with bread cubes. Put crumbled sausage on top of sausage. Mix eggs, milk and dry mustard and pour over mixture. Chill overnight. Cook at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes.
