SPOON BREAD 
1 c. yellow cornmeal
3 c. milk
3 tsp. baking powder
3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. salt

Put cornmeal in kettle and add 2 cups milk. Put on stove and let come to a boil. Stir constantly. Take off heat. Beat and add 3 eggs and 1 cup milk. Add baking powder last and pour in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve warm.
