PUMPKIN BISCUITS 
2 c. flour
1/3 c. nonfat dry milk
1/4 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. pumpkin spices
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. thick pumpkin
1 tbsp. water

Mix flour, milk, sugar, spices and salt in large bowl. Cut in shortening, then add pumpkin and water until moistened. Knead 10 to 20 times on lightly floured surface. Use 3 inch cookie cutter. Place on ungreased cookie sheet 2 inch apart. Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 400 degrees or until golden brown. Makes 9 biscuits.
