CHICKEN PARMESAN 
2 boneless chicken breasts, skinned and split
3/4 c. seasoned dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 egg, beaten with 1/4 c. water
1 tbsp. oil
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Oregano
1 c. shredded Mozzarella

Pound chicken and dip in bread crumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese and paprika, then in egg and again in bread crumbs. Coat dish with oil, place chicken in microwave for 4-5 minutes. Turn over, 4-5 minutes more. Top with tomato sauce and season with oregano. Heat 6-8 minutes until hot. Sprinkle with Mozzarella and let stand until melted.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
