PICANTE SPINACH CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen chopped spinach
1/3 c. minced onion
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. milk
6 oz. pasteurized process cheese spread, cubed
1/2 c. Pace Picante sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Crushed tortilla chips or toasted bread crumbs

Cook spinach according to package directions. Drain well, reserving 1/2 cup cooking liquid. Cook onion in butter in large skillet until tender, about 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add flour; cook and stir until bubbly. Gradually add reserved spinach liquid and milk; cook and stir until thickened. Stir in cheese; cook and stir until cheese melts. Stir in Pace Picante sauce, drained spinach and Worcestershire sauce; mix well. Transfer to greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Sprinkle with tortilla chips; serve with additional Pace Picante sauce. Makes 4-5 servings.
