CHICKEN MEXICALI 
1 whole chicken
1 tsp. crushed garlic
1 tbsp. chopped onions
1 can tomato sauce
1/2 c. chicken broth
2 tbsp. sugar
1 c. raisins
Olives
1 tbsp. chile powder
1 tsp. black pepper

Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces. Saute the garlic, onions and tomato sauce. Add chicken, broth and simmer. Add all the rest of the ingredients and serve hot.
