Squeeze of lemon and/or orange
Thin slice of lemon
Brandy

Warm apple cider or apple juice with a cinnamon stick., sprinkle of cinnamon and allspice, a squeeze of lemon and - or orange and slice of lemon. Get very hot and pour over desired amount of brandy (about 3 - 4 parts cider to 1 part brandy). Stir and garnish with cinnamon stick.
