HAM CASSEROLE 
3/4 c. uncooked narrow egg noodles
1 1/2 c. diced, cooked ham
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/8 tsp. tarragon
2 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1/2 c. canned French style green beans
2 tbsp. bread crumbs

Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Combine ham, onion, tarragon, and butter in a 1 1/2 quart micro-proof casserole. Cover and cook on high for 3 minutes. Add chicken soup, egg noodles, green beans, and 1/2 cup water. stir and cover. Cook on high for 5 minutes or until hot. Stir once during cooking time. Top with bread crumbs; cover and let stand 2-3 minutes before serving.
