DEVILED GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
1 med. onion
1 clove garlic
1/2 green pepper
2 pimentos
3 tbsp. butter
1 can condensed tomato soup
2 c. fresh, frozen (cooked) or canned green beans
Salt & pepper to taste
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 c. or 1/8 lb. grated American Cheddar cheese

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Chop onions, garlic, green pepper and pimento into little chunks. Cook in melted butter until onion looks somewhat transparent. Remove from heat and stir in mustard, tomato soup, cheese, green beans, salt and pepper. Pour into greased medium casserole and bake 25-30 minutes or until cheese is melted through and vegetables are piping hot. Serves 10.
