DEVILED GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
1 med. onion
1/2 green pepper
3 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. prepared mustard
Salt
Pepper
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup
1 c. or 1/3 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
2 c. green beans (fresh or frozen, cooked, or canned)

Chop onion and green pepper into little chunks. Cook in melted butter until onion looks transparent. Remove from heat and stir in mustard, tomato soup, cheese, green beans, salt and pepper. Pour into a greased medium sized casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
