CRAB IMPERIAL 
4 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. minced parsley
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. bread or cracker crumbs
1 lb. crabmeat
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. milk
2 hard boiled eggs (minced)

Melt butter in saucepan, add flour, stir until smooth. Add parsley, mustard, lemon juice, salt, pepper and milk, stir until smooth. Add crabmeat and eggs and stir until well mixed.

Remove from heat. When cool enough to handle, place in baking dishes and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake in hot oven about 425 degrees until brown on top. A dot of butter may be placed on top of each dish.
