IMPERIAL CRAB 
1 lb. crab meat
5 saltines, soaked in 1/2 c. milk until soggy
1 egg
Salt
Pepper
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
1/2 stick butter, melted

Fold all ingredients into crab meat. Place in greased shells. Sprinkle with paprika and grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
