HAM PALMIERS 
1 lb. cooked ham or salami or kielbasa, chopped in food processor
1 pkg. puff pastry dough
1/2 c. Dijon mustard

In skillet, brown meat; drain well. Unfold 1 sheet of pastry and spread with 1/4 cup mustard. Spread 1/2 of ham over mustard. Roll each long side tightly and evenly to center of pastry. Repeat with other pastry. Wrap tightly in foil and refrigerate 1 hour.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cut palmier into 1/2" slices. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake 10 to 15 minutes. They should be golden brown and puffed.
