GREEK CHICKEN 
Chicken, cut up
Potatoes, cut
Onion, medium size, chopped
Garlic 2 cloves, chopped
Oregano or Italian seasoning
Tomato juice large can
Olive oil or cooking oil

Take potatoes peel and cut to size you want. Take chicken lay in bottom of pan. Take half onion and garlic sprinkle on chicken and a little oregano. Pour in juice. Lay potatoes on top, put rest of onion and garlic and sprinkle with oregano. Pour in oil. Make sure juice covers. Bake at 325 degrees. 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
