DEL MONICO POTATOES 
8 oz. grated white cheddar cheese
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 pt. heavy cream
1 c. milk
Black pepper
9 good size potatoes

Prepare day before. Boil potatoes, cook hard not mushy chill and grate into a buttered casserole. Sauce: cook until cheese melts. Cook above ingredients and spread over potatoes.

Dot with butter and paprika. Refrigerate 24 hours. After 24 hours bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
