PASTA CHICKEN SALAD 
1 box buitoni spinach shells, cooked & drained
2 boneless chicken breasts, cooked & chopped
3-4 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
3-4 dozen black olives, pitted & sliced
6 tbsp. mayonnaise, thinned with 1 tbsp. water
1/8 tsp. onion salt
Pepper to taste
Curly Parsley & paprika for garnish

Combine all of the above ingredients. Garnish with paprika and curly parsley and chill until ready to serve. Serve over crisp lettuce leaves. 4 to 6 servings.
