JENNIVINE'S GINGER MARMALADE:
VINAIGRETTE AND DRESSING
 
1 1/2 c. red wine vinegar
3 c. oil
1 jar Jennivine's Ginger Marmalade
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. honey

Combine vinegar, ginger marmalade, salt and pepper with the honey in a mixing bowl. Mix together in a food processor at high speed for 3 minutes. While still mixing, slowly add the oil until it is all gone.

FOR THE DRESSING: GINGER MARMALADE WITH GRAND MARNIER

Use vinaigrette recipe plus 2 whole eggs. Combine oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and honey in a bowl. Stir with a spatula. Set aside. Beat eggs at high speed for 5 minutes. While still mixing, add combined ingredients slowly until finished.
