GINGER DRESSING 
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. olive oil
2 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
2 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. chopped fresh ginger root
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp. tomato paste
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine and blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor. I use a jar and just shake well. Makes almost 1 cup.
