GINGERED POPPY SEED DRESSING 
1/2 of a 1 3/4 oz. pkg. powdered fruit pectin (2 tbsp.)
1 tsp. poppy seed
1/8 tsp. ground ginger
1 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Combine in bowl cover refrigerate several hours. Stir well before serving. Serve with fruit salads. Makes 1 3/4 cups.
