2 med. onions 1 lb. hamburger 3 c. potatoes 1 c. carrots, diced 1/2 c. peas 1/2 c. celery 1 can mushroom soup 2 c. water 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce Brown hamburger with onions. Drain. Partially cook remaining vegetables (not soft). Combine meat and onions with soup and water and Worcestershire sauce. Place vegetables that have been drained in baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender. |
