CUPCAKES 
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk chocolate chips
Pinch salt

Mix and set aside.

CAKE:

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. Nestle's Quik
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. plus 2 tbsp. water
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 c. oil
3 c. flour

Makes 2 1/2 dozen cupcakes. Fill half full and put cream cheese mix (1 heaping teaspoon) in each cupcake (center). Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
