HOLIDAY HOLLANDAISE 
This quick and easy mock hollandaise sauce will add the holiday touch to a heated (15 oz.) can of extra long tender green asparagus spears.

In a small saucepan, slowly heat 1/4 cup salad dressing or mayonnaise, 1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard and 2 teaspoons lemon juice. Drizzle over hot asparagus.
