SNOWBALL CAKE 
2 env. Knox gelatin (unflavored)
1 c. pineapple juice
1 c. sugar
Juice of 1 lemon
1 c. boiling water
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 tsp. salt
1 lg. angel food cake
2 pkg. Dream Whip

ICING:

1 pkg. Dream Whip
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. lemon flavoring
1/2 tsp. brandy flavoring

Mix all above ingredients and place in the refrigerator to cool. When partly set add 2 packages Dream Whip prepared as directed on box. Add to gelatin mixture. Remove all the brown from cake. Break into very small pieces and line 4 quart mixing bowl with wax paper. Alternate layers of cake and cream mixtures and place in refrigerator. Turn cake out on plate and frost.
