GRANDMOTHER'S BLUEBERRY BUCKLE 
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
2 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
2 c. blueberries

Cream sugar and shortening. Add egg. Next add dry ingredients alternating with milk. Spread in 11"x7" pan. Sprinkle blueberries on top and cover with topping. 1/2 c. flour 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 c. butter

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve warm with cream.
