VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 (20 oz.) pkg. California Blend frozen vegetables
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. Velveeta
4 slices bread, cubed
1/2 c. butter

Parboil vegetables and drain. Melt together soup and cheese. Saute bread cubes in butter. Combine vegetables, soup and cheese. Put in greased baking dish. Sprinkle sauteed bread cubes over mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
