HAMBURG STEW | |
1 1/2 lbs. raw hamburg 4-5 carrots, cut up 1 diced onion 1 or 2 (16 oz.) cans tomato sauce 4-5 potatoes, cut up 2-3 stalks celery, sliced Basil, salt and pepper In large casserole dish, layer as follows: hamburg in bottom of dish, potatoes, carrots, celery, onion and seasonings. Add sauce. Cover dish. Bake in 350 degree oven for 35-40 minutes, or until potatoes are cooked. Stir occasionally during cooking. |
