CREAMY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 chicken fryer or breast (3 lb.)

Cook, skin and bone the chicken. Cut in bite size. Spread in 9"x13" baking pan. Place slices of Swiss cheese (neatly) evenly over chicken bites.

Mix 1/4 cup water with 2 cans cream of chicken soup in a bowl. Spread soup over cheese slices and one box or 2 cups Stove Top (chicken) stuffing mix (following directions on box).

Drizzle 1/2 cup melted butter over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, if using raw chicken and 1/2 hour if chicken is cooked.
