WINTER CURRIED RICE ARTICHOKE
SALAD
 
1 pkg. chicken flavored Rice-A-Roni
1 (6 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts
3/4 - 1 tsp. curry powder
1/4 c. mayonnaise
4 green onions, sliced thin
1/2 green pepper, chopped
12-15 pimiento stuffed olives, sliced
1 c. frozen French cut green beans, cooked

Cook Rice-A-Roni as directed on package; let cool. Drain artichoke hearts, reserving marinade. Cut artichokes in half.
