ORANGE PINEAPPLE SHERBET 
6 oz. can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 1/2 c. water
1 c. cashew milk
2 1/2 c. pineapple juice
1 banana
2 c. canned unsweetened peaches with juice

Blend juice concentrate, banana, peaches, and milk in blender. Add pineapple juice and water, mixing well. Pour 1 to 1 1/2 inch deep in baking pan; freeze until almost firm. Break into chunks with fork and place in mixing bowl. Beat until smooth. Return to freezer.
